    The Studio

    Where the products get made

After a decade helping other teams build products in mental health and care, I started building my own. The studio is where that happens: small, opinionated products at the intersection of technology and mental wellbeing, built with co-founders, clinicians, and the people who use them.

Talk it out. See the pattern.

A voice journaling app for chronic overthinkers. Speak what's looping in your head; AI reflection names the loop, surfaces the triggers, and shows you the pattern over time.

    Feelings, not day counts.

A quit-cannabis companion built from The Quit Cannabis Handbook, co-founded with its author James Langton. An emotion-first recovery programme with his voice at its core.

    How the studio works

    Products that heal, or nothing

Every product in the studio sits at the intersection of technology and mental wellbeing. That's the filter — if it doesn't help someone feel or function better, it doesn't get built.

    Clinically grounded, never clinical

The science lives in the structure — taxonomies from clinical literature, evidence-led scope — while the voice stays human. A mirror, not a therapist.

    Built with, not just for

CannabisReset is co-founded with James Langton, whose method and voice the product is built on. Loop Mind is shaped continuously by the people using it. The best calls come from outside my own head.

    Craft is the moat

A decade of product and UX work — from luxury e-commerce to humanitarian design systems — sets the quality bar. Shipping fast is only interesting if it's also built well.

    Building something in mental health?

Whether you want a product partner, a second opinion, or just to compare notes between builders — I'd love to hear what you're working on.
