    About Adrien

I'm a product crafter. I design and build technology for mental wellbeing — my own products at the studio, and alongside a small number of teams building in the same space.

Craft came first. I learned it in rooms where the detail was the point — a boutique art and design consultancy in New York, then a Swiss venture studio launching consumer brands across three markets. Work judged on whether the thing felt right, not only whether it shipped. That standard is the one I have carried into everything since.

In 2017 I joined a behavioural health company as its first product manager and scaled CBT-based programmes to more than fifty thousand people. It reframed what I wanted to work on. The problems I cared about most turned out to be the ones where getting the design wrong has consequences for someone real — a missed signal, an abandoned programme, a person who does not come back. I never left the space.

For the decade since, teams brought me in to build what they did not have yet. The first unified design system at a 150-year-old humanitarian organisation. The product strategy behind an ethical-trade platform used across 180 countries. The clinical intelligence layer of an AI tool for therapists. Always hands-on: in the standups, reviewing prototypes with clinicians, pushing back when a feature looked good on paper and broke in a real session. I have built the product function from zero six times.

Now I build on my own account. Loop Mind went from idea to the App Store, and keeps changing shape with the people using it. CannabisReset is a recovery companion co-founded with James Langton, built on the method from his book. Everything I spent a decade advising on, I now stake on products of my own.

The through-line has not changed: technology that strengthens human insight instead of replacing it. What changed is the seat. If you are building something in this space, I would love to hear about it.
